My role involved providing valuable insights to key stakeholders within the company to support the success of our pilot Program 360. I had the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Technology Officer, the SVP of Digital Products, the Director of Product Management, and the Director of Business Systems, by using data to drive decision-making and optimize user engagement.
