Member Areas Churn Readout

Our monthly churn since the beginning of H1 2022 has consistently fallen within the 8-10% range. Despite previous attempts to decrease churn, we have not achieved significant success. Initially, we hypothesized that if we responded to user requests promptly and shipped requested features, churn would naturally decrease. However, this hypothesis did not hold true. However, when we started analyzing our user base in cohorts, a slightly different story began to unfold. Please read below for more info.
